We want you to love your skin and your experience with Espíritu Collective. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, unused skincare products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and sealed in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Due to health and safety standards, opened or used skincare items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs for non-damaged items

  • Choosing a trackable shipping service

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We cannot process refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without approval

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable in the future)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
